Somewhere between my initial vision for the scene, what I put on paper, and the acting abilities of our classmates in the scene, it just didn't work. At least that's how I remember it. Hell, for all I know it got cut for time. As for the fiancée thing, wasn't trying to be subtle, wasn't trying to drop a bombshell, was merely stating the fact that any historical stuff I can unload from my life will bring a smile to her face. It's not like I was trying to let the '86 alumns know I was off the market, because as far as I can tell, I was never on the market for them in the first place. I guess they didn't find sarcasm sexy.
